About Me

Pep

Born in Denver in the year 1968, I was raised in Aurora, Colorado. My parents were immigrants from Argentina and came to America with little more than the clothes that they wore. They had no welfare. No stimulus checks. They did not protest. As I remember my childhood, I recall that I was raised with the foundation that my only limitation was my attitude and that there was no limit to what I could achieve. My mom Elsa would always tell me to be myself and not what peers, movies, or the media suggested that I be. She showed me the value of being different from what popular culture dictated...in essence to be myself and always strive for improvement. Regardless of circumstance, everyone has the choice to succeed.

So what path do YOU want?

About Me

John Craig

I am a Denver Native. I represent the second wave of the Baby Boomers, so I grew up in the era that most of you see in TV shows such as "That 70's Show" and the era of Classic Rock.

My best friend from High School, and his father started a restaurant called Ikaros,(they are Greeks)  and I was the worlds fastest dishwasher. This was 38 years ago,

and while working there I befriended a personable and mischievous busboy named "Little Joe"..or as his friends called him, Pepi.

Press the fast forward button. We are planning to have some fun with this podcast and hope to teach, encourage, and inspire those of you curious of our journey.

At the end of the day, the Unifire lives in all of us.

Introduction

What say you? The words you speak today can change how you think tomorrow.

How you think tomorrow can change how you act. So... what are you saying?

Put your mask on first.

Why is it then when flying on an airplane, the person on the loud speaker tells you to put on your mask on first?

It's simple, you need to help yourself first before helping someone else. Why do most people apply the opposite in their everyday life?

Perspectives, whats yours?

Failing and winning are very different yet the same by a very little margin. Failing is only how you look at it. If I'm looking at an object from one perspective, at the opposite side is a different appearance. At 20 thousand feet the trees look different than at 5 feet.

Mom Dad Family.

We owe everything to our moms and dads. After all, they made you. What is that spark, what is that light? We are electrical beings when striped away. What is that inner special something that allows life to exist or not?

Life is truly a miracle.

Choices, Benefits and Consequences.

If you look at yourself in the mirror, where you are in life,

you are the sum result of every choice you have made

up until now.
